The annual output of mono-crystalline & poly-crystalline solar cell is 200MW and that of solar modules is 120MW. Sopray possesses two factories which occupy 30000 square meters and hires over 300 workers. There are 30 solar specialists who have abundant experience to ensure the good quality of products. Sopray Products have been sold to over 10 countries around the world, especially to the Ornament. Sopray also provides 20 kinds of solar related consumer goods. All our products comply strictly with the IEC61215, 3C, ISO 9001, TUV, UL standard. Our company owes advanced process technology, automatic production flow, and strict process control and realizes zero defects of cell appearance and stable conversion efficiency during processing ect excellent performance. The unique bright points of our company are special texturing cleaning process, advanced PECVD film coating technology and reasonable silver positive electorde and silver-aluminum back eletrode design. We also can re-design and adjust our production process so as to satisfy requirements of the customers.
